Coastal Anesthesia and Pain Relief Specialists is a comprehensive, minimally-invasive pain practice that provides care for patients in coastal Georgia. Dr. Pearson is an active member of the medical staff at Liberty Regional Medical Center. We take pride in having a professional, experienced team of healthcare specialists who attend to patients in a friendly and compassionate manner.

Our approach for patients with chronic pain is multidisciplinary. We work closely with many other specialists, including neurosurgeons, orthopedists, psychologists, physiatrists, oncologists and primary care doctors to coordinate the optimum treatment plan for our patients.

We offer a large number of minimally-invasive diagnostic and therapeutic procedures to our patients, including epidural steroid injections, facet or medial branch blocks, sacroiliac joint injections, small and large joint injections, bursa injections, trigger point injections, many types of peripheral nerve blocks, radiofrequency denervation, spinal cord stimulators, peripheral nerve stimulators and intrathecal drug delivery devices. We are pleased to be able to offer sedation for our patients who desire it during their procedure.
